The Documents Core Module allows for posting a list of documents or different types of files to provide visitors the ability to view them or even download them. The module provides many options for displaying information about the file/document. The fields that can be displayed are: Title, Owner, Category, Modified Date, Size, Download Link, Created By, Created Date, Modified By, Description, and Clicks (the number of times the document/file has been clicked by visitors).

The settings for the module allows you to determine how to sort the list of documents as well as optionally providing visitors the option to sort the list by column. You can sort the list on this page by clicking the column header.

For each document that is added the user has the option to specify the Title, Description, Category, Owner, and determine if the number of times the document is clicked should be tracked or not. The file location is specified by selecting if the document is located on the same server as the website or located externally on another website.
