The Search Core Module provides the flexability to place search functionality anywhere on any page of your site. Most skins will have built in search functionality, but these modules provide the option to implement them how you desire as well.

The Search Results Module can be customized to specifiy the maximum number of results the search should return, the number of results to display per page, the maximum length to display for each result title, the maximum description length to display for each result, and if the results should display descriptions.

Try out the search on this page by entering 'module' in Search Input module and click "Go". The modules are currently set to default settings.
